Hey Friends! It’s a crazy and hectic world we’re living in right now. Today I am sharing the audio from a livestream I did yesterday talking about community and my little part where I hope I can help just a few people.

We’re all nervous. We’re all a bit anxious and scared. I just hope that in a time like this we can all come together and be as strong and kind to one another. Online I think is where we are spending most of our time so please do your part, stay healthy and just be nice.
