This episode is one of the rawest I have done. I would say there are only a few others on this level that I have ever recorded.

Real quick! This is definitely not an episode to listen to with any children around. Yesterday was an extremely rough day for me, to say the least. If you saw my posts online then you know exactly what I am talking about.

I woke up this morning and knew I had to put this type of show out today. To educate others about PTSD, to tell others suffering with this that they are not alone, and for the ones who know people who suffer with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, how they can help.
