188: HOW I COPE WITH ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, PANIC ATTACKS, PTSD AND TRAUMA

In today’s episode I am sharing all the techniques I use and the holistic approach I’ve taken when it comes to healing my mind, body, emotions and more.

It only takes one moment, literally a split second to trigger my depression and a panic attack to occur and I experienced both over the past two weeks which I am sharing with you today.

I’ve never kept this a secret and I know that when I share my story, I can help others so tune in to hear how breathwork, meditation and therapy are a must for me. Especially when it comes to recovering and healing.
