237: HOW TO CALM YOUR BUSY BRAIN AND USE MUSIC TO ELEVATE YOUR MOOD AND MINDSET

A couple of days ago, everyone was doing their part to bring more awareness to mental health. Normally, I would have been one of them, but I was suffering from a little bit of depression and just trying to get out this weird slump I was in.

I have always been fully transparent on this show and that will never change, so today (now that I am feeling much better) I want to share my tips for my self-care and getting back on track. Mentally, physically, and emotionally. I am going to give you everything I use for my morning and evening routine. The products, the music and the meditations.

If you are just trying to make it through the rest of the year, I hear YOU, loud and clear.

Some days are good, and some days are so bad, and that is still the case even when I am experiencing the best of accomplishments. These feelings just come out of nowhere and if that is the same for you, I hope that today’s episode helps you to get out of a dark place, if that is where you are right now.
