Everyone is searching for information to improve their health, wellness, and wealth in 2023! Tune in today to hear an update on the why and how I created a little wellness week/challenge for myself to do just that. I wanted to focus on four areas that needed to be elevated.
My mind, body, business, and life! I believe through my own research, putting in the work and creating new routines and habits the rest will follow. Your health and wellness will be better. This also includes your mental health. By being consistent and putting good work into the world the wealth will follow in all areas of your life as it is doing it for me, as I type this!
I wrote all about this in my book, Everything is Messy! I mean I even have a chapter titled “put in the work”. You can’t just manifest and visualize and expect miracles. You must go through all the steps for them to come into fruition. Again, just my opinion from my own experience.
On today’s show (337) I am sharing a recap with results on how I feel after the challenges I put into place for myself that are now part of my morning and evening routines. One of my words for 2023 is INTENTIONAL and that is my focus when it comes to building a healthier and wealthier atmosphere for myself.
