Your customers and clients can be anywhere. You always want to be active online and as positive as possible everywhere you go. Grocery store, post office, mall etc.
That parking spot you just decided to pull into while the other car was waiting could have been a client. See the trend here…
Let’s focus on your social media platforms. When you share a pic or video on your Facebook, Instagram or Facebook do your followers comment? Or do you they just hit like?
I will admit it. I used to be a “liker” but why not engage? Try it. Engage after that “LIKE”. I promise it will teach you something. And share too! If you have other friends in business or a mentor just posted an incredible quote why not share it with your audience? It feels great to know that you have their support!
Engaging online is a great way to get recognized quicker if that is something you are striving for. I actually do it because I am obsessed with meeting new people. I have always been the person who wants to learn as much as I can about someone. I want to be able to connect them with others. Or maybe even partner up with them on projects! Networking has just always been in my blood…
You never know what someone may be going through each day so a tiny thing such a an emoji or comment on their post can really mean the world to them. Just saying…
Now go out there and engage. Let me know how it has changed you or your business over the next week or so.
One very important thing I would like to mention is that if a client or customer reaches out to you please do not ignore. Always always follow up! Because it is the right thing to do! And be sure to do it in a timely manner.
